Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance is the administrative branch of the police department.  Activities that members of this division manage include reporting crime trends, maintaining the website, internal affairs, payroll reporting, grants management, accreditation activities, training, social services, and crime analysis.  This wide variety of activities are overseen by several small units, including:  Planning, Special Projects, Payroll, Internal Affairs, Social Services, Training.
